Dr. Rachael Rosenberg is a Psychologist in the Bay Area. She works with adolescent girls and women of all ages. Many of Rachael’s clients come in to address anxiety, depression, self-silencing, codependency, self-esteem challenges, and body image issues. Rachael is particularly passionate about serving women of all ages, recent college graduates, and new moms. Helping women to connect with themselves and their inner knowing brings Rachael great joy. She also has advanced training in the area of self-expression, anxiety, and depression.

Rachael is trained in psychodynamic therapy, transpersonal therapy, and expressive arts therapy, she likes to help clients learn how past experiences and relationships may impact and inform current experiences and relationships. She helps her clients to learn more about their relationship with themselves and see how they can strengthen this internal relationship and add more compassion to their internal experience. In session, Rachael focuses on the client relationship, helping them to feel seen, safe and comfortable sharing what is coming up for them emotionally. In this space Rachael assists clients as they build new tools to implement when big and or difficult feelings come up in their daily lives. This approach supports clients to feel more at ease with themselves, more connected to their inner knowing, able to express their wants, needs, and desires within themselves and with others..
