Rachel currently works with individuals of all ages with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, life transitions and relationship challenges. Rachel uses TEAM-CBT which is a solution focused therapy, focused on the here and now and helps Clients learn methods and tools that help them recover quickly in order to live their best lives. Rachel has a previously worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and children on the Spectrum. Rachel was previously available to see Clients in the Midtown and Downtown Manhattan location but is now seeing Clients remotely using Telehealth.
