Message to clients

I know how hard it is to make the call to enter therapy. It's scary and if it's your first time, you might think it's a lot like it is in the movies. However, therapy is just talking to someone who won't judge you or have a strong opinion about your life so you can talk freely. Therapy is just about you feeling better on a daily basis. I am here to support you and empower you to be your best self and maybe eliminate some problems in your life. No judgement. No pressure. You're in charge. Just give me a call, text, or email and we can get started.
