Welcome – I’m happily accepting new clients with availability on Saturday mornings and weekday evenings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia with over ten years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings. In moments of great change, challenging decisions, or feeling disconnected from ourselves and others, a welcoming non-judgmental therapeutic environment can help you reconnect with your inner resilience and find new ways forward.
My therapeutic style is one of non-judgment, validation, and supportive confrontation- the ingredients I believe are most necessary to promote change and growth. I enjoy supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues, personality issues, and crisis prevention/intervention.
I am currently offering private pay, telehealth therapy sessions to patients in the state of Virginia. Please reach out to me via phone or email to set up an initial 15-minute phone conversation to determine your level of comfort moving forward. I look forward to hearing from you!
