Regan Mosher-Rudolf is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Yoga teacher in Zionsville, IN who specializes in working with women across the lifespan that seek to live a more fulfilling, joyful, and connected life. Regan is particularly strong in helping women heal from generational trauma to heal wounds left from unhealthy relationships that seep into what can feel like every part of life.
Regan uses the mind/body connection as the focal point of each therapy session. What we experience mentally we also experience physically and vice versa. At times, we feel things that we don't understand and incorporating knowledge of the physical response helps to create deeper awareness of how our feelings create, thoughts and then behavior. Regan is trained in a variety of mind/body concepts and combines these approaches with traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to create long term behavioral and emotional change.
Regan wants to make therapy accessible and adaptable to fit each client's time and financial capabilities. Regan is focused and engaged in making each session count making sure that the time you have set aside is being used well. Regan is available in person and online and is flexible in working with schedules to create a combination of both as each client may need.
