Rodrigo is a clinical therapist, who earned his Master in Social Work degree from New York University. His is licensed in California and is currently seeing clients virtually. He is trained in Trauma approaches as EMDR, IFS and Somatic Experiencing

Rodrigo has dedicated most of his time as a therapist working with substance misuse, sexual compulsivity , relationship restoration, trauma and LGBTQ issues. He is a person of color, and understands immigration issues and he also speaks Portuguese.

Rodrigo understands how shame affects many people and its correlation to issues such as addiction and difficulties with intimacy. When working with LGBTQ clients He recognizes the importance of using a sex positive and non-shaming approach. He strives to help clients to connect with authenticity and freedom from unhealthy coping behaviors.
