Message to clients

Asking for help is one of the hardest things to do. Family, friends, our environment, the media and society have programmed us to think that if we ask for help, that means we’re incapable of being independent. It makes us look weak. Many of us have refused to ask for help due to fear of being rejected.

I am here to debunk these myths. Asking for help is a sign of maturity. It says: "I can do this, but with the help of someone else once I’ve obtained the necessary tools. I can live an abundant life once I’ve addressed my trauma. I can build healthy relationships and establish healthy boundaries once I’ve acknowledged where the problem originated. I can stop self-sabotaging once I’ve forgiven myself for my mistakes." That’s a tough one!

Don’t let pride and the opinion of others stop you from becoming your best self. I am here to help you on this journey called life. Will it be easy? No — Asking for help is uncomfortable. It requires a release of control. It will require you to be humble, open, and transparent. It’s time for you to stop neglecting yourself and put your emotional, mental and spiritual needs before others. It’s time to get out of your own way. Remember, the goal is Progression, not perfection.
