Professional statement

Sara is a compassionate, empathetic individual who works with her clients to develop healthy life skills. She enjoys working with clients who are looking to develop new ways of thinking so they can improve their daily lives.

Message to clients

I understand the importance of the therapeutic space being a judgment-free, safe area where clients can tell their story, unpack it with me, and begin to make connections they have not seen within themselves before. I like to work with my clients on learning to accept the things they cannot change, and often utilize homework activities that focus on creating the life they desire.
