Dr. Simrin Jaglan is trained as a generalist, meaning she’s been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, varying in severity, diagnostically, age, and in a variety of settings – psychiatric hospital, community mental health, university counseling. Additionally, she has studied and practiced with multiple therapy types. Over the years, she has specialized her experience working with anxiety disorders, eating disorders/body image concerns, adjustment to life changes, relationship concerns, and mindfulness.
Dr. Jaglan strongly believes in evidence based practice and her primary therapy orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
