As a National Certified Counselor based in Pennsylvania with a background in college counseling and varsity coaching, Theresa works with clients across the lifespan. Healing comes as clients begin to manage relationship stressors, identity issues, depression, anxiety, and addictions. Theresa crafts a unique healing journey for each client.

With a background in sports, I treat chronic health conditions, and media and gaming addictions.
