Message to clients

Therapy can be a new experience for many and for some they are looking for a different approach than what they are currently experiencing. Whatever has brought you here, you are at the first step and this is a great start. Let me tell you a bit about how I work. I am an eclectic therapist, I pull from many different theories and trainings in order to create a bespoke experience for each client. I am a strong believer in that therapy is not one sized fits all and that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the vehicle that effects change. I believe that the client is the expert of their own life and experience. I serve as a support to work alongside you, helping you process situations, see things through alternate perspectives and offer coping skills/emotional support. If this sounds like something that appeals to your needs, please dont hesitate to reach out.

I like to offer a free 10 min consultation call so we can chit chat and get to know one another, making sure we are good fit!
