Professional statement

Zack’s psychotherapy practice supports young adults during transitions, especially during career and educational changes, and relationship development.

Zack's practice is also uniquely suited for neurodivergent adults integrating their gifts amidst the challenges of great sensitivity, creativity, and intelligence.

Clients include technology and finance leaders, professional athletes, sports executives and coaches, NCAA student athletes, graduates and post-graduates as well as newly independent adults, and individuals adjusting to recent professional success. Zack also sees clients in the entertainment industry including actors, producers, directors and writers.

Often clients need support for relationships with other creative and sensitive family members and coworkers.

Treatment may include social skills, life skills and job training, establishment of behavioral goals, vocational and home assessment, nutritional education, and one-to-one or group mentoring. On site interventions are common.
