As a Psychotherapist, Relationship and Sex Expert, I have been successfully helping people for over a decade. In my years of practice I have helped clients by facilitating changes in their emotional health, communication, self awareness, expression, and general daily functioning. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop individualized, and unique strategies by using an eclectic approach. I am welcoming, empathetic, and warm, which provides a comfortable space in which you can talk about anything, even things you have never been able to talk about with others before.

Clients have told me that they find me to be down to earth, easy to talk to, insightful, and understanding. It is very important to personalize therapy to each client. There is no “one size fits all” solution in therapy. I am flexible in my approach so that I can help the client meet their own personal goals. Over the years, I have worked with many people who through our work together, have felt a feelings of hope, happiness, and fulfillment.

As I have navigated life, and experienced romantic relationships, I learned how to achieve my own personal happiness, and own happy relationship. As someone in a relationship while having children, I understand what it feels like to navigate single/dating life, enter a committed relationship, and see it through. I understand the joys and challenges of being in a committed, long-term relationship, while raising children.

I use my personal and professional experiences, in combination with my extensive education and training to help my clients find the happiness they’ve been looking for, and achieve their personal goals.
