Join an intergenerational cohort of women. We’ll create a supportive practice space to enhance our emotional wellness by engaging in holistic and creative self-care practices: mindful self-compassion, breath work, supportive group therapy, restorative yoga, compassionate journaling, and more.
Each cohort journeys together for an 8-week cycle. The group opens to new enrollment at the end of each cycle, members can choose to continue group on an ongoing basis. Limited to 8 members. This group can be a great supplement for therapy.
Emerge from this group journey feeling more connected to yourself, more connected to others, and with a greater sense of inner resilience - calmness, compassion, connection and courage. No prior yoga experience necessary. All body types and self-identified women welcome.
One individual intake (60 minutes) upon enrollment to clarify your goals for the group.
Weekly group meetings (2 hours each) in-person featuring an intentional blend of restorative yoga + talk therapy + mindful self-compassion practices.
Monthly individual video session (30 minutes) to check-in with your progress in the group and strategize together to ensure you are getting the most out of group.
Supplemental materials to enrich your learning: journaling prompts, recorded audio guided practices, and creative homework.

$75 per week; The only insurance accepted for this group is Brown Student Health Insurance.
Michelle Vitale is a licensed counselor and coach working with adults navigating transitions or challenges in their lives, work, or education. Her practice aims to help clients design what’s next and transform their challenges into opportunities for greater learning, possibility, and growth.
Her work with clients blends both compassion and practical skills that holistically support personal and professional development; her clients build clarity, confidence, and take bold action in a fulfilling direction.
Michelle received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her work in counseling, she studied Business Administration at Babson College, worked in the private sector (PricewaterhouseCoopers), and spent a year researching women’s leadership in Chile as a Fulbright Scholar.
