Bouncing Back After Baby: Thrive Back At Work

Description

Many moms feel challenged by the prospect of returning to work after giving birth. Sometimes new moms begin thinking about the more obvious details of a back to work plan, like childcare, during the pregnancy. Other aspects of a successful back to work plan may not be readily apparent, though, until after the baby actually arrives and there is an opportunity to better understand new motherhood firsthand.

In this 8-week group, we will work through a step by step plan to get you back to work successfully. Short video clips will be provided to all group members prior to the virtual meeting each week. These clips will provide some thoughts on the topic for discussion for that week. Together we will work our way through details like putting together the four foundational elements of your back to work plan, managing common feelings, and engaging support from your personal network.

Returning to work can be an exciting time for a new mom. Come join the conversation!
