Description
Recognizing the complex nature of sexual assault and the importance of a supportive community, we have established this group to create a safe space of togetherness and healing where folks can share their experiences, undo aloneness, find solace, and embark on a journey towards healing.
Group Goals:
Empowerment - providing a supportive environment where survivors can reclaim their sense of power and agency.
Connection - fostering a sense of community and understanding by connecting with others who have experienced similar challenges.
Healing - offering therapeutic tools and coping strategies to aid in the healing process.
