Group Therapist

Sara Graff is a licensed clinical social worker in Dunedin, FL where she provides support to family caregivers. Sara helps to guide family caregivers by teaching them how to manage their stress and overwhelm, connect to a community of caregivers, and find the resilience they need to keep moving forward on their path for change.

Many of Sara’s client’s seek out help because they feel the continual pressure, overwhelm, and loss of self that can come from being a family caregiver. Before beginning therapy with Sara, clients may feel hopeless, worry endlessly, fear what will happen next, and not know what to do to feel some relief.

When working with Sara, her clients learn how to shift their thoughts and guide their feelings to a place with more hope, peace, and acceptance. Sara walks with her clients down a path for change. They learn, with compassionate support from Sara, how to slow down their thoughts, release their fears, and take the steps to create a life they adore.

Sara has trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindful based interventions, and positive psychology. In session, She moves at a slow and comfortable pace to help her clients feel comfortable, safe, and supported in therapy. She offers counseling sessions in the comfort of the home, or other preferred location, through virtual telehealth video sessions. She can see clients throughout the state of Florida.

Sara received her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She has worked for 20 years in private practice. She has worked in a variety of settings and locations with clients across the age spectrum.
