In this group, you will learn how to tolerate distress, stay mindful, regulate your emotions, be interpersonally effective, and accept reality - no matter what life throws your way.

This is for you if: your cycle beats you up every month; you are going through a life transition; you struggle with self-worth; trauma symptoms disrupt your daily life; you are ready to uplevel your mindset and wellness; you crave a supportive community of like-minded women who get you.

Cynthia St.Clair, LPC has been running Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups since 2015, and has seen the incredible transformative power of this work.

Group Therapist

Cynthia St.Clair, Licensed Professional Counselor, Integrative Psychotherapist, and Creator of Wild Moon Integrative Therapies, strives to support women in achieving optimal health now, so that they can fulfill their full potential in life! She works with women experiencing: mood disruptions around their menstrual cycles; the transition into motherhood or menopause, pregnancy termination, loss, or infertility; body image and eating issues; and trauma after sexual abuse/assault.

Cynthia's approach to therapy is embodied, mindful, and trauma-informed. She holds a feminist lens as she conceptualizes each client's unique healing path. Cynthia utilizes the most evidence-based and cutting-edge therapeutic approaches to balance lifestyle, lower distress, take control over mood, improve relationships, and resolve chronic trauma symptoms once and for all.

In addition to earning a Master of Arts Degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology, Cynthia has been an avid yogi and meditator for nearly twenty years. She has studied and taught prenatal and women's yoga and is a trained doula. Cynthia is certified in suicide prevention protocol and treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She also has significant clinical experience in both inpatient and intensive outpatient mental health settings, as well as in private practice.

Cynthia's brick and mortar office is located in downtown Denver, Colorado, on the 3rd floor of the historic Oxford Annex (elevator access available). There is plenty of street parking, as well as public transportation options. Phone and video sessions are also available.
