Working Mothers Lifeline: Group Coaching for Working Mothers

Description

Working motherhood is tough, and sometimes we can feel alone in that struggle. But it's not you- It's hard because it's hard, not because you are doing it wrong. Join us for a 6 month group program of support. You'll get 2 group coaching calls a month, 2 one-on-one calls with me over the program, assessments that we will use to help guide your growth and self-knowledge, and ongoing interaction with a community of supportive peers.

Together we will connect with a life of meaning for you- both at work and at home. Group coaching for working moms can help you:

Gain clarity on your authentic values and vision so that you can confidently navigate your path, feeling fulfillment in your career and motherhood at the same time.

Gain insights into your own story and why you make certain choices, enabling personal growth.

Shed self-imposed expectations that no longer fit, so that you can experience a profound sense of freedom and redefine what success actually means to you.

Develop unwavering confidence in your leadership abilities so that you can lead with authenticity in both your career and motherhood.

Break free from self-sabotaging behaviors that hinder your growth, allowing you to reach your full potential.

Gain emotional intelligence and communication skills so that you can connect more deeply with others.

Connect with a group of working mothers who will support you and hold you accountable to all of the changes you hope to make…and who might just become life long friends.
