Kate Reilly is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner seeing clients in person and on-line who require medication management or who would like to better understand medications that might help with a current life struggle or condition.
Having worked in several industries ranging from hi-tech software and start-ups to health and wellness, Kate found her niche in nursing and mental healthcare. Kate is passionate about helping others with mental health issues and life challenges. With her unique and diverse background, she has specific experience with how to navigate major transitions and hardships. Her goal is to offer the latest evidence-based medication options tailored to each individual’s mental health needs along with lifestyle modifications to optimize treatment results.
Kate works with young adults 18 and up throughout the lifespan on conditions related to anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, panic disorder, stress management, depression, mood disorders and trauma.
Starting or changing medications can be challenging. Kate’s first priority in starting with a new client is ensuring they feel safe, heard and like an equal partner in the therapeutic process.

Kate is currently undergoing credentialing with Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare over the next few months, in the meanwhile, her services will be out-of-network for clients with those plans. She will not take Medicare plans until early 2024.
